Subject: Island Maintenance WIP

I'm a complete newbie at all things 3D but I'm having a ball with Rhino (models) and Vue4 (renders). The lighting takes a while to get right, and I'm certainly not there yet, but enjoying the challenge. Corsair model is courtesy of Aero3D with mods by me in Rhino including complete engine (see spare hanging from a-frame. All other objects done in Rhino, except Poser4 dude with the screwdriver in his hand.

Nice models; Rhino is a very powerful program for that Yves

Yves, I agree. I have tried several applications including 3DS and TrueSpace for modeling and still find Rhino the easiest to pick up and do something constructive with. I expect that my years of AutoCad use make Rhino's command structure and interface easier to adapt to. -mkk
