When it's HOME, SWEET HOME.

I'm enjoying using the WorldZ environment, but wanted to add a little more variety to the land. Not everyone lives in Death Valley, or on a very flat plane, so I wanted something to break up the land a little.

Inyerface's wonderful desert prop from free stuff was just the ticket! I flipped it upside-down, reversed the normals, squished it down to about 10% Y scale, then slapped on a custom texture. WA-LA! Instant lowland hills with a view to the mountains in the background.

Too much fun!!!

Almost everything in these pictures comes from the free stuff offered at various sites. The man is William Wallace from PoserGamers (MostExcellent character creator), the bridle and harness is from 3D Menagerie. I *think* the house is from Wappen 3D???, and the cart, sacks and barrels are files pulled from my old hard-drive, so I have no idea who made them. THANK YOU, whomever you are: they are wonderful! The trees, rocks and bits of grass & flowers are mine. The tree isn't anything found on earth, but it was fun to make. The rocks are the sphere prop with 4 morphs applied. I've yet to install another FTP program on this machine, so my bits-n-pieces aren't in free-stuff yet. :( If anyone's interested in them, I can post them on my personal home page here at 'Rosity. Just let me know. I'd love to share the wealth.

Thanks. I started playing with camera angles and was intrigued by the way the sky darkened as I turned. Between the curve of the land and the angle of the light, it just felt right. I just had the idea of coming home after a long journey. Glad you like them.
