Subject: Prop needed--bunk beds

I 'd like to find a simple bunk bed prop suitable for a barracks or dormitory. I've checked the usual sources (Props Guild, the Free Stuff here, Greylight) without luck. Any leads? Thanks

Someone posted an entire bedroom scene one time that had bunk beds, though I think they were that L shaped configuration that might not work as well for you.. They might still be in the freestuff here or over at willow's site, though you would probably have to go waaay back to find them....try a search under "bedroom" Alternatively, I have seen simple mattress and frames under the name hospital bed that could be combined...but agein not sure if they would be in freestuff or not. Thanks for your help. The only complete bedroom scenes I've found (here and at Poserworld) don't have beds. Willow's site is down most of the time, but I'll keep looking for the hospital bed.

Heck, for that matter, if youre talking military, just throw some cylinder props into a simple frame....use the grouping tool to generate a new prop and use some box props for mattresses...nobody said the military is known for comfort, after all... Scarab<-high number on the draft lottery...THANK GOD!

You might be refering to the bedroom with the bunk beds, drafting table, TV & bookcase posted by Chris Strickler about a year ago. In his model the bunk beds are the wooden frame style with the bottom bed being a full sized matress and the top a single. You would have to do some file chopping to get it to a traditional bunkbed with two singles... and still not barricks style, more like bunkhouse. I don't recall from where I downloaded it but the link in the readme was: http://move.to/beanieboy chrisstrickler@hotmail.com ChrisStrickler's last login was in October but he's still listed in the members section so you could try & email him.
