Subject: Airborne Tracking Website

Has anyone actually tracked their Poser5 since receiving the number from Curious Labs? I received my tracking number email last night and as of this date and time, it still isn't showing anything on the website. I've tracked packages before using UPS and FedEx and almost immediately after receiving a tracking number, something shows up on the website. This is a second-day air order. Should I be concerned? My guess on second-day air orders is that it sits in the shipper's warehouse for the first night.

Mine is second-day air order also. Got my tracking number yesterday evening and Airborne Express shows it was picked up yesterday at 4:51pm. It doesn't give current location though like FedEx does. I have had one instance where my package arrived from either FedEx or UPS (don't remember which) but tracking was messed up so hopefully it is the same in your case. You could try calling Airborne, maybe CL mistyped your tracking #? -Teknal

Just got my P5 tracking number. Airborne says it won't be posted untill tonight. I'll probably get it before they post it.

I tracked mine right up to the moment it was dropped off beside my mailbox. Then I checked the website again, just so I could read the word "Delivered." Four days, weekend included. Not bad for ground-shipping. Not bad at all.

Not only did I track my order, but when my Airborn driver was later than usual (Probably from the truck load of P5 packages) I called the local office. The dispatcher called the driver carying my package on the radio and told me where he was and that he would be at my location in about 20 minutes. Which he was. Imagine that real humans that actually give a s*ht about service. Try that with "Brown" I regularly use Airborne to send and recieve shipments. If the shipper generates a web based air bill you will recieve e-mail notifications of your shipment's status. I ususlly get the "Delivered" massage within 10 minutes of delivery. Very Cool

Well, I'm getting disappointed. I was supposed to have Poser 5 delivered today, but Airborne hasn't shown up. Tracking says it is out for delivery, but there won't be anyone up to receive it! I can't believe I wasted a day off from work waiting for it.
