Trying to get your mats for the Versa Hair to work but none of the colors work, they don't even load into the render dialog box. I've emailed twice, can anyone here who has bought these textures give me a hint on what I might be doing wrong. I have the hair selected and am using the Daz transparencies as stated in the readme. Marque, I've replied to both of your emails as quickly as possible. I am sorry that you're having problems with the MAT files for my product, they were tested by a team of 5 beta testers, using both propack and poser 4, none of them have had this issue. I am working as quickly as I can to figure out why you're having this problem, and I thank you for your patience in getting the issue resolved. She is helping me with the hair but I'm curious as to whether anyone else downloaded and installed the update to the versa hair from Daz? Marque

mysticwinter you might want to clean your mailbox out, it returned mail to me saying Remote host said: 552 Requested action not taken: exceeded storage allocation I was letting you know how much I like the other hair textures I have purchased from you and that I know we can fix this. Marque

Well she stayed with it and got it fixed, now THAT is what I call customer service! Thanks mysticwinter, it looks great! Don't know what you did to the second set of maps but it looks like all the other products I've gotten from you. I would recommend this to anyone who got the versa hair and was disappointed with the maps, it looks like hair now. Thanks again for sticking with it! Marque

No problem Marque, thank's for bringing it to my attention! Everyone else that purchased the Versa Hair texture pack, I am in the process of having it updated in the store now, so you can redownload it, or you can email me and I will send them to you :o) even if you don't have propack, you should still get the update if you plan to upgrade to poser 5, for the small error will effect that as well..
