I have created what is called a 'liquid story' which I hope will generate an unusual insight to people's hopes, fears and thoughts for the future, and of the past.

It offers contributors the opportunity to develop a story or to animate it 'live' on the internet. Each written contribution, which is added to the end of the story, must be a maximum of 500 words, but an individual may make many submissions. Animations may take the form of Flash SWFs, Shockwave files, Quicktime movies or even a collection of stills.

Currently, the site is gathering submissions for the prologue, and is already attracting a lot of attention.

The goal is that, as story reaches milestones, preceding chapters will be animated as a showcase for skilled individuals and posted online. The result will be a fascinating collaboration of creativity that may prove to be both ground-breaking and infinite, since there will be no particular reason to end the story, or even limit the number of animated visions of DomeWaterfront. Next stop, Hollywood?

It creates opportunities for writers, editors and animators alike.

If you want more info on how to get published drop me an email.

All the best
Jon Lucas

You should post this at the writers forum...I've been searching the web for information on domes as houses. I could consider the story on a much smaller scale sort of like pioneers.
