cshaftoe: yeah, it was a tossup, though, between this one, and one with a normal level of lens flare. I decided to go with the one that looked kinda like the spotlight was being shone in the viewers eyes(almost like the viewer is the creature).

If you focus your attention away from the lens flare which is what your eyes would try to do if you were really looking at a scene like this, it looks very nice. You definately did something right! I like the overall effect the scene has on me. Sort of forbidding yet at the same time inviting. - TJ
