Subject: repost of helpppppp i am a block head

i tryed to do is chop the head of the dragon i posted i pic of the results i used all neck and head parts however neck 1 is not avalibal to select or point at and when i try to move the charictor up down forward or back neck 1 stays put and strechesloohing vary strange, what sshold i do to fix it

Bring up the joint editor, and check your joints... It looks like neck1 might have its' center in the wrong place...
