A friend bought me a gift certificate from DAZ for my birthday... only she never received it... and I never received it... and DAZ hasn't returned either of our emails asking what's up... I guess I should have made a different wish when blowing out my candles... =( Sigh...

Maybe you should try their toll free customer service numbers. 1(800)267-5170 1(801)495-1777 They're probabley deluged with email righ about now with the new store system.

Daz is having some problems right now. I tried to order from them on Wednesday and was unable to do so. They said they'd e-mail me when things were working again; I have yet to hear from them. Hopefully they will have it all straightened out soon because it's not good when you're running a business and aren't allowing people to spend money there.

I just got an e-mail from them & they are up & running again...their stuff rules.
