Is there any place cheaper then Curious Labs price of $149? I have only P4. Also, is P5 worth upgrading to? I have seen pros and cons about P5. Thanks All, Dave

actually CL's upgrade price from P4 is $179, and no there is nowhere else you can buy the upgrade from. as to whether you should upgrade, HMM well that totaly depend on who you ask. Me I love the new features and have had no problems with bugs but if you look through the threads for the past week you will find a few who disagree, Very much. so you'll have to come up with your own decision.

I'm happy with the upgrade, and the price you mention is for the pro pack. The service patch should be out soon, at least we know its in the works. Until then, I'm still happy with it. I'm on a win2k system which seems to have the least problems from what I can tell. The ME folks seem to have the worst problems. But I guess its more related to memory than to your OS. There's no real concensus, just a personal observation.

If you're smart, wait until you can order from a retailer, never mind the price, 'cause if you 'preorder' from CL you won't know SCHMUCK, not even if it's gonna be delivered or not. Maybe it depends on where you live. I preoredered my copy on the second day possible and I have heard absolutely nothing ever since. All I can get on the CL site is that my order is 'processed'. I'll give it two more days and then I'll withdraw my so called 'preorder'. -Zoot
