This couple is by far the most complex characters I have created so far! I like them a lot and I want to believe I did them justice with heavy texturing and paying extra attention to detail. Empreror Justinian the FIrst and his wife Empress Theodora! Both will be included in tomorrow's FairyWoods update. Large files but otherwise Byzantium would loose its glamour! :o) I will pay full credit to people who's stuff I've used on their download pages..otherwise, this message will become endless! :o) Most of those items I have mixed with others of my own, re-UVmapped and textured all over again! Let me know if they are worthwhile the effort and hours I put to reach their final version! :o) Renapd

Goodness, thats wonderful. I particularly like the look of determination on Theodora's face. By all accounts she was a woman of strong will. The garments are simply wonderful, you can almost count the layers of gilded cloth they wear.

The time you must have spent creating these two! Wow, it really shows! You've really out done yourself this time! Great work Rena!

ROSHIGOTH...the picture is just their preview..those are characters that will be freebies! :o)And yes..that's what he's holding in one hand and the Byzantine staff on his other. She's holding the holy christian communion cup and a scroll of laws as she was the first one to set the death penalty for raped women! Each character took almost a week to accomplish, dedicating most of my free time to them, mostly on texturing! GEEKHOLDER..there are no layers on her dress..that's another texturing illusion! She's wearing the conforming victorian freebie from poserworld. Nothing fancy! :o) renapd renapd

We are so lucky to have you doing such great costumes and fabric textures, among other things. You are the Edith Head of Renderosity. -Talos

I like these a lot Rena-and I agree, think it is your best work so far. Your attention to detail in the texmaps is just terrific. Diane B
