How can I blow-up an image to a bigger size without it being blurred or distorted? Is there a special program I can get? -Paul

Irfanview does it fairly good. It is freeware. http://www.irfanview.com/ S-spline does it a bit better, but it costs... http://www.s-spline.com/

well first you take several sticks of dynamite....oh you mean make it bigger not destroy it. ~wink~ I personally use corel's photo-paint to resample images, it works a lot better than photo-shop in this function. in most things the two are equal but in some functions one does better. photoshop has slightly better scripting ( actions ) and more control over brushes. ( I don't really use scripting and corel's brush options are sufficient for my needs, plus I like corel's interface better, it's more user friendly)

I have found that a program Fred Miranda has called Stair Interpolation is excellent....and was free when I got it. It does not magnify artifacts as you increase the size of a picture. Go to google and type in fred miranda and you will find his site.
