hy everyone!
i heard about a patch for poser 5
i just came from the curious labs website and saw nothing
(only few things like characters or stuff like that...)
so please is there really a patch and if yes what does it do?

Nothing on CL's site, just been there, looks like the wait continues...

This seems to ongoing issue. Each day we faithfully logon in the hopes that the patch will be available as stated but again this is not the case. Again I've tried to reach CL customer server but still no one is answering. I 'am trying to have what little bit of faith is left in me to believe that CL will make good on its word. I've invested in this product for many for many reasons, and have put my trust within the people who created the tools we all use. These days people are watching how and what they spend their money on. Companys have lost clients becasue of broken promises and misleadings. Please forgive any and all miss spelling, It is just that at this point I'am getting very frustated with this waiting game.

They said Thursday (today) so I guess they have until midnight. I wish they'd allow us to get it on CD instead because I'm sure its a large download and I have a slow connection. I don't mind even paying the postage, but the CD should be free since we already bought the buggy software.

Drama, drama, drama. I can't say I'd be surprised if it doesn't apear today. The main thing for me is that it fixes the software. I don't really take promised release dates to heart since they are almost always missed. whbos, I agree with you that the missing content and patch should be sent out on a cd. But, there's no way in heck they'll ever do that IMHO.

I agree with you, a CD with the patch on it would be nice but what about those who have placed their orders for Poser5 early on and are now just receiving the copies. Will they to have to wait twice as long as we here in the states? Maybe they will offer two methods of receiving the patch. Those in a hurry can download the patch and the others can have the option of receiving the patch via CD.

They'll never offer the cd due to the costs involved. The cd's and shipping could really add up for them.

I think kupa should have said the patch will be available when its done...and not given a specific date...just causes more discontent if the date cannot be met.
