I am new to this... How do I make the poser clothes stay with the figures...????? I am a nurse, a good one, but not very good at poser.. any help would be appreciated

You will need to conform them to your figure. Figure>Conform to...

well, if you're new to Poser, then the first thing to do is make sure you have your clothing selected. Go to the menu "figure" in the title bar, select "conform to" and then use the pull down arrow in the box to select figure 1. That should get you started. Once you've conformed, you can select figure one in the menu just below and to the left of your render screen and go pick your pose. Should work fine. Now if you're doing that and still having difficulty, repost with more detail cuz there's more to it than just what I said and depending on the difficulty, the remedy will be different.
