Here are some free stand alone programs like this one "B/Works" that simulates different b/w paper tones and others like the wratten filters, etc.

do we in-stall these plugins into bryce5 plugin

Nope. Install to wherever you want on your HD then desktop the link. When you finish your render and save, convert to .jpg and open the .jpg (or a .bmp if you don't like converting) in the filter program of your choice and play. Save when you are done.
