There has been a problem with the store software/provider for quite some time, and they've been working to fix it for as long as they've known about it. -Rob

I wrote them and Doug was in the office over the weekend. He put the model in a secured directory and sent me a log in and passowrd. I'm sure they will help out as fast as they can... I was initially writing him to tell him I was canceling the order becsause of the problems with Miva - the software used for the transactions. But he fixed it that day and I got my goods.
