Subject: Multiple undo??

How can I configure Photoshop 6 to enable more than one undo? Or can I? Ctrl+Z only toggles back and forth from undo to redo. I'd like to be able to undo several times if that's possible.

Look at the "History" tab (not sure what palette you may have it associated to, mine is with the "Action" tab). The History palette stores step-by-step states at the bottom, recording everything you do to your file. Take a look at the options regarding the History feature and the History brush. You can choose "how many" of the most recent changes you want the palette to retain (keep in mind the "RAM"ifications constraints ;) as more "states" put more strain on your RAM)

It's a great feature and is something that i can explain more about in a little while if you're interested.

That technique works just fine!

Also look under your edit menu for "Preferences," or hit Command/CTRL-K (depending on your system). In the main preferences dialog box, up at the top is the setting for your Redo hotkey. By default, Photoshop is set to toggle Redo/Undo with Command/CTRL-Z. Setting Redo to Cammand/CTRL+Shift-Z will allow you to use the Command/CTRL-Z for multiple Undos.
