This is a very simple morph and everyone can do it, let's begin simple and built up to advanced. OK this tutorial contains 2 steps: 1. set the morph puty tool on the exact place 2. begin (lol :P) I made a picture you can see the 2 steps.OK let's begin: I wanted to correct/ make don's eye smaller. first click on the morph puty tool. Then you must click on the first icon of the new window that appears. Now you have to place the dot, because this is a tutorial for the eyes, place the dot as shown in picture one, on the end of the eyelid, if you put it on the eyeball then his lip will move and you will get a snar effect. Second: after you placed the dot, you can drag your mouse, I made the eye a little bit smaller so drag the mouse downwards, if you want big bright eyes, drag the mouse upwards. If you would like to see a other tut or a different bodypart feel free to IM me. Cheers, VCD

"Putty" my a$$, this is just a simplified magnet, isn't it? Can someone with P5 who's familiar with magnets and their use in conjunction with the Grouping tool in P4 tell me if I'm just being pessimistic (and is there any symmetry tool for applying a mirrored effect to the other upper eyelid)?

Morph Putty can be used only on Morph Targets, at least that is how I understand it. P5 has magnets also, so you could use whatever tool suits you best. Symmetry can be acheived by selecting the corners of both eyes at the same time. Also, you can lock morphs so they won't be affected, so I suspect you could lock the lip in the earlier example and not get the snarl effect.

Morph putty is the feature that I am most disappointed with . The only thing it appears to be good for is to interactively change the morph target values , sort of like turning the dials on different morph targets to get a character . I was expecting something a little more advanced than the magnets to make morph targets with .

Duane, you're not being pessimistic, you're being optimistic, as the putty tool would not even qualify as a magnet. (Jcleaver and markm are right--the tool only works on morphs and just changes the dial values).

What's the emoticon for 'hand making jerking-off motion'?
