I have found that after I get the " EX C" I have 3 extra files in my windows tmp folder. They are pointing to the C:program filecurious labsruntimeprefs I'm not a programer and don't know if this is supose to happen. what is the address on curious labs site to report bugs, maybe if we all report the oddities we find it will help with all the problems. If I'm just being a pain, let me know and I'll stop looking and posting. skee

Attached Link: Technical Support Form

The link is the only form I have found to date that remotely looks like it would be applicable.

However, I believe that the relatively limited amount of fields provided and information requested would prove to be enough information to narrow down the problems sufficiently without picking apart the responses.

And, yes, before anyone asks, I have worked in Technical/Customer Support for a number of years for a number of companies. :o)

I am using Win2K pro. I Caught a C-ex this afternoon in the cloth room after deleting an object a cloth plane was colliding with. After that when re-starting Poser I lost my prefs. The main scene room was gone. I had to reboot, start Poser and reset my prefs back to factory state, close and restart Poser again and reset my prefs. Regards STORM
