I have seen, that I (or you) can win a HighEnd PC on www.curiouslabs.com. I thought the my new 2,4 GHz Pentium 4 is already fast enough. But it is always good to have the fastest machine right now.

My system:
P4 2,4 GHz - 512 MB Ram - ATI 9000 - WIN XP

I am running SR1 - now I am happy with the speed. But to have a 9700Pro will boost my games.

What systems are you running?

Hi, I'm on a Compaq Workstation with a Xeon 866 Dual, 512 MB RAM Win2K. I'm running P5 SR1 too but I have some problems with C Exceptions sometimes but it runs OK. Chris from Germany also :)

Intel P4, 1800GHz, 1024MB, NVidia GForce 2 MX/MX 400, XP Home, Poser 4&PP (deutsch), Poser 5+SR1 (englisch) - and happy running - no major problems, the known 81 aside.

People on this forum sure do love their PCs, that much is evident. Every time this question comes up, its like a bunch of proud parents listing their childrens' accomplishments or something. Especially those who build their own. ;) Just a mundane observation.... Evo

er...build their own PCs, not their children. ;) Evo

I just upgraded to Intel P4 2.4 Ghz, 1024MB Ram, two 40gig HD in Raid 0 Configuration, Nvidia Geforce2 Video (the next thing to upgrade). Runs Poser 5 pretty good. I haven't tried building toddlers yet. Sounds like a chore. *8-)
