I want to make my Poser 4 images look more real. Does anybody have any advice, or know where I can find some really great tutorials. I'm fairly new to this, and I want to become really good at it. Thanks.

The major problem was and remains the head and hair. I am an exponent of a photomontage (more or less) approach using actual phtos composited onto the rendered Poser face during post production Check my web site at www.asan.com/users/sailnut for examples. Christine

Texture maps and lighting contain the secrets. Check out some of the maps available over on the right of the page. As far as lighting goes... get a book about lighting for photography and apply the knowledge gained over to Poser. Good Luck, Visque

I would say hanging out in the forums and reading all you can should help alot. The key to realism is in the texture mapping and transparency mapped hair & lashes. -JH.

Pretty big question. To narrow it down, find a piece of work you like in the gallery and ask the author a specific question about their technique. We are all generally dying to tell you how we did it.
