Subject: Netscape?

Burnart ( ) posted Sat, 19 October 2002 at 2:23 AM · edited Sat, 28 December 2024 at 7:24 PM

I'm fairly new to Renderosity - only been on it for a few weeks. I prefer to use Netscape to other browsers and until the last few days there hasn't been a problem. All of a sudden gallery thumbs and pics no longer show up in Netscape. Adverts, promos and other assorted pics are visible. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

This could be because you are not accepting cookies or your computers date & time aren't set correctly.

I've just had the same hassle with IE6 and my PC and that was the solution.

I've been fine with Netscape for years, then suddenly it stopped working for Rendie, only. IE works properly, so it can't be the date and time. I deleted all my cookies, and that didn't help. Netscape simply gets stuck while connecting, continually transferring and accepting information until finally Netscape times out and says, "To heck with this!" Netscape 6.2.1. I hadn't done any changes, upgrades, etc. to Netscape in months. Firewall software hasn't had any configuration changes, either.
