I just tried to open an Instant Message and only the top half of the message came through (the bottom half where it states: [Reply] [Reply & Delete] [Reply & Archive] [Delete] is missing! To make matters worse, I have several New IM's coming in and I cannot access any of them. All I get is the Half Sent IM mentioned above. Please Help!!!!!!!!!! Geez I am not having a very good day :( deemarie
