Hi all...I'm considering buying Vue and would like to know how easy or difficult it is to learn. I have to tell you that I'm pretty much a ditz when it comes to learning new programs so I'd really like you to think back to when you first started in Vue. :-) My first love is Poser, and I would dearly love to be able to import my characters into the beautiful settings that Vue is capable of making. I'm hoping it's easier to import Poser characters into Vue then it is to import Poser characters into Bryce...I gave up on that last year.

If you use Poser 4 then it is much easier to import into Vue. If you decide to go with Vue, be sure to get all the updates, as this will give better results with Poser figures.

If you would like to try Vue, go to their site and download a demo....all I know is "how did I get a long without it" LOL, you will truely enjoy it. Sharen :-) PS: a snap to learn, great user friendly interface

If you love Poser, Vue will be a snap!

Don't get Vue! You'll end up spending all your time on your computer generating beautiful pictures to post in the galleries. Meanwhile the grass outside will get to long because you forget to mow it and you'll loose weight because you forget to eat! Oh the humanity... :-) Seriously, you'll love it. But be careful, it can be addicting. ;-) jon

Vue is very easy to use, and you learn it very fast :)

Vue is probably the most "easy to use" 3D soft, since even my 5 years old son can do some pictures with it ;=) Yves

Well rockets I don't own Poser, so I can't speak to it's interface with Vue, but I do own Bryce 4 and I can tell you from personal experience that Vue is much easier to use. The interface will startle you a bit at first but once you've worked with it you will love the split screens and the ease with which you can work with textures. It is much easier to "move around" in Vue (I find trying to work on interiors in Bryce to be a real nightmare....sort of like roaming around blind!). The split screens make Vue much easier to move from room to room.....better camera control. The atmospherics are much better in Vue, making for more "life-like" output. And it renders a lot faster than Bryce! Anyway, I would highly recommend Vue. It is a much more user friendly program than Bryce 4.....and yes, by all means, download the demo and try it out! The little jump start tutorial will have you going in no time :) Plus, there are a ton of folks here willing to answer questions.
