Subject: Poser/Bryce question about a rock

Not sure if this should go in the Bryce or Poser forum so I'll post it in both and hope for the best. I used the stone creation tool in bryce5 to create a typical stone. I then used the export item command and saved the stone as a wavefront object, (also tried 3ds). Brought the stone into Poser 4 just fine, however when I try to apply a texture to it I get nothing. I can change the color of the stone in the materials editor but I cant apply a texture to it. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

It might not have any UV-mapping. I'm not acquainted with Bryce's export options, so I don't know what you can do from that end. Worst-case scenario, you could try running the mesh through UVMapper and using a spherical projection or something.

Export it with textures FROM Bryce. This will give you a psd map to work with as well.
