If anyone here wants to optimise their Jpegs or Gifs to speed their sites up or any other reason I have a page for doing this online. It makes a difference in the room you use on your site and can really speed up the load time of your site. Just go to my site to the Gif Cruncher page and knock your self out. No catches and it is totally free. I use it all the time and have noticed the load time of my site has improved a lot.

Yes, specially when your eyes are already red after ours facing the monitor :)
