I publically stated in the merchant's forum that if I was banned from there that forum my store was to be deleted immediately there after - that is all the contact that needs to be made on the subject - you have breached the agreement I had with this site and I expect an immediate compliance on this matter. I am either a merchant here or I am not - apparantly I am not so you have no right to distribute my copyrighted products any longer. Your right to redistribute was negated teh moment you violated my rights! I will expect my items to be removed with the hour.

Wait a minute. I was just over at the Merchants forum and I saw Tim ask you a question but didn't see your response. Did he not even give you time to respond? This is unbelievable. Is common sense and practical business sense completely foreign to these people?

Nope, he asked if I was a communist apparantly and locked me out before I saw or could respond. You see I am apparantly a spy - seeing how they took the freestuff ideas they currently utilise here from 3-D Arena after many requests by members who used our old site as an example... Wonder how long until I get banned for good?? Anyone want to take bets??

Furthermore the note when banned reads "The merchant forum is a service to Renderosity merchants. Access may be limited based upon competitive status or a demonstrated lack of interest in advancing the stated purpose of this forum. Please email admin@renderosity.com if you believe this designation is incorrect." So There it is Clint - that states I am not a merchant because I do not have access to a service for the merchants.

I'm not leaving per sec LApis - unless they ban me - but I have closed my store. Believe me I know about my friends I've been hearing from them all night and I have to say a BIG Thanks to all of them for the support I've received over this! The members are great!
