I had the daz model of a cow but I had to reformat my computer and no longer have it can I get it back from daz?

If you contact DAZ and they see it in your purchase history, they'll probably set up a download for you. I've done that before, myself. Melanie

I never had to pay a fee. They just have to verify that you bought it an it's on your purchase history. You can have your entire purchase history burned to a CD for about $20. I did that earlier this year when I couldn't find one of my original downloads after moving into a new computer. It's great because it's all there on one CD. Melanie

heyas; you have to ask sales@daz3d.com, little chris. if it's their policy, it's a new one. the fee may only refer to you getting your entire purchase history on cd/download. they may still do the single lost files for no charge.
