My hard drive died on me and had to be replaced. I've rebuilt my system but found that playback of avi's, mpeg's, etc., is pretty choppy. I'm using WMP 7.1 with latest codecs and have a Matrox G450 graphics card. Everything was fine before: any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in anticipation, Dan

Verify that you have the latest graphics card drivers installed and that gfx acceleration is turned on.
