I finished the body of the Porsche, textured it and rendered it in Poser4. I did the chrome a little differently this time and I think it worked out pretty well myself. I haven't really decided what I am going to make next though I am leaning towards an early XKE.

There are some late 60's mustang at DAZ By ADR and Dudley

You might as well PAY attention, because you can't afford FREE speech

Duddly ( ) posted Tue, 05 November 2002 at 11:38 AM

zechs, Like stallion said, 60's Mustang are available by AdR and myself. Didn't check out my web site link did you??? ;) At DAZ: 66' Mustang GT fastback (66 AM Sportscar, me) 66' Mustang Convertible (66 AM Convertible, me) 67' Shelby GT500 (by AdR) At AdR's Site (a non-commercial freebee even): 69' Boss 302 Oh, and fancy. You think my 68 Mini Cooper is "fancy"? ;)

zechs ( ) posted Tue, 05 November 2002 at 12:37 PM

Dudly: Obviously I didn't follow the link. ^_- LOL. Not long after posting that message I found your Mustangs in the Daz store. :) I'm a cheapskate, but am SERIOUSLY considering buying the 66 GT, because it is absolutely perfect for the project I have in mind. (and I really don't feel like modelling a Mustang from scratch.) I have a question though. Are there any compatibility issues with using it in p5?

Duddly ( ) posted Tue, 05 November 2002 at 12:47 PM

Nope. I have consider making an updated CR2 for the cars to take advantage of the new raytracing abilities but just haven't gotten around to playing with Poser5 much yet. I have looked at them all in Poser5 and messed with the materials a bit just nothing final.

zechs ( ) posted Tue, 05 November 2002 at 1:55 PM

Great! Now i just have to convince my wife how I NEED to buy this car. :) Updating the materials to P5 (a free addon I hope.) would be truly awesome and bump up the reality another notch.

Wow - love it! Hope it's something I will be able to get soon... now, any chance of talking you into making a '73 911RS? :-)
