Umm that would require you to actually paint your own textures so that you can match the head and body maps in color palette and luminosity. The face room I have surmised is basically a toy to get things started. Of course you could always take it's output and use it as a starting point to set the palette for the body and increase the resolution and get a good full map for your character.
I don't have my P5 yet (hopefully in the next few weeks) I was wondering if other maps that we have would work in the face room? (I heard somewhere that Vicki skins work on Judy, just not the eye textures) so if that's true, can't you change the material from the face created in the face room?
Remember...getting lost is the senic route to the eventual destination. (And a lot prettier than the straight road)

ha ha tricked you into reading question. If i change face skin tone in face room how do i get the rest of the body skin tone to match it? thanks
