Zygote has posted over 60 new morph targets for Victoria! Free download is available now on the Victoria Woman Product Page. Here is an image of 5 of the 7 full head morphs.

Wow, those look very cool. Serpent

The morphs took us a little longer than expected but they were posted on 4/10/00 Mountain Standard Time :)

I tried it out. Looks like they incorporated many of the morphs that Traveller and I have been making, plus some unusual ones. Allerleirauh will be glad to know that the shoulder width has been fixed. While there are no genital morphs, the value of Victoria has definitely increased with all these morphs.

These morphs are beautiful. Congratulations for a job very well done.

Thanks guys. May your responsiveness pay off for you. Looks like you used us as sort of a real time gamma test. You should be pleased at the response. At least it was not like dropping a rock into a bottomless well.

Actually, it's some of the tiny morphs that I'll find the most useful. The eye shapes are especially useful. I only had the fastest of lunchtime fiddles, but a lot of the stuff looked like it will be very useful. This is all extra wammo goodies for me, 'cos I'd have most definitely kept the mesh anyway. It's very good, and I've already been able to change the body shape pretty much to my satisfaction on my first attempt, using morphs from the likes of rtamesis. Allerleirauh, I sympathise with your frustration and disappointment, and share it to some degree. But I think you have to be careful to not end up cutting off your nose to spite the cliche by throwing in the towel with the mesh. It is a very good mesh, and Poser users are making a lot of stuff for it already. I haven't checked out the map update yet, which was my biggest grumble.

LOL, did I say useful enough times?

Dammit! There's that Point at subject again!!!! Man I wish I had this figure. I'm shure I could get it to work. Someone with .CR2 savy please try this. Go to the eyes section in the .cr2 file. And put in the Point At lines like listed here. And the paramaters directly below it. This example uses the rFoot as a target. you Can change it to something else if you like. Also try turning off the bending of the eyes in the properties window. Or simply change the Bend 1 to Bend 0. That will allow you to rescale the eyes as well. I need this figure to properly debug it. If this figure has eyes with separate geometry like the P4 figures. This has got to work. actor rightEye:1 { name GetStringRes(1024,102) on bend 1 dynamicsLock 0 hidden 0 addToMenu 1 castsShadow 1 includeInDepthCue 1 parent head:1 channels { pointAtParm Point At { name Point At initValue 1 hidden 0 forceLimits 4 min 0 max 1 trackingScale 0.005 keys { static 0 k 0 1 } interpStyleLocked 0 pointAtTarget rFoot:1 } smoothScaleY head_smooY { ScottA

Has anyone found an easy way to make the Catsuit work with Millie/Victoria? One of the ethnic morphs looks EXACTLY like how I'd pictured one of my characters. I'm hoping the suit does NOT work with her; without it it's pointless for me to try to do the character, and with it -- well, I can't AFFORD her.. :-)

jval ( ) posted Tue, 11 April 2000 at 10:22 AM

Well Allerleirauh, I've just dl'd the morphs and have had only the briefest of looks. But I didn't find any major problems- just had to use several morphs in conjunction with each other to keep the widths right. I'm impressed and feel like I just got a bunch of new models for free. I particularly appreciate the "old" morph. Frankly, if all they did was stick this new head on Posette I'd still have bought it- it's wonderful. If these morphs are a rush job, I'm very impressed with Zygote's rushing skills. I'd pay for a similar package for the NYW. But only you can decide if Vickie is right for you. Be glad that Zygote trusts us enough to offer a money-back guarantee. What's really funny is that with all this debate you'd think we were choosing our life partners rather than just a digital model. I don't remember that dating was ever this controversial :-) Now I'm waiting for that texture update email.

Charlie Brown .. I havent found a clean way to make the catsuit work but it works resonably well and would work fine if you could turn off the covered pieces .. But she definately needs some tweaking to fit in perfectly

jval, if I were you, I'd write to Zygote or really doug@zygote.com since it seems that they were all sent at one time. I haven't dled it since my 'graphics' computer is down but they give you an URL, a login ID and a password, so you need that. Diane B

jval ( ) posted Tue, 11 April 2000 at 11:06 AM

Thanks Diane. I didn't actually get an email but picked up the morphs at the site. I guess I'll wait a day or 2 to give em a chance. If I still don't hear anything I'll drop Doug a line. Thanks again for the advice.

picnic ( ) posted Tue, 11 April 2000 at 11:10 AM

I think the email was just for the tex maps. Since I can't download them (as I've mentioned--out of commission until I get part for my computer) I haven't followed the URL. I noticed in the complaint forum that Jack hasn't gotten his either (chuckling to myself). Diane B

To me, there is an advantage to morphs which encompass a small area, as opposed to those which affect a large area. Multiple small morphs can be combined to create a greater variety of faces, whereas large morphs limit the adjustments one can make to a face. Of course, with Poser 4, you can dial in a face you like using the small morphs, spawn a morph target and have that particular face as a single morph. So you essentially have the complex morphs. LoboUK ( ) posted Wed, 12 April 2000 at 2:49 AM

The morphs are excellent (although I'm still fighting the Anime morph to get it to look right). The "old face" morph in particular is brilliant - and suits a character I've had in mind for a while Paul
