Subject: Name This Product and Win It

The idea behind this clothing set is to outfit a worker type on a Star Cruiser. Most of the products out there seem to be geared to your hero/heroin, but very little is dedicated to the good ole blue collar character.

The set includes boots, pants and 3 shirts of different styles. I'm at a loss on a name for this product. The winning suggestion gets a free copy of the finished product.

Regards,
Brent

GNPA - Generic Non-Commissioned Personnel Apparel

On the job outfit:)

GNPA - Generic Non-Commissioned Personnel Apparel. Ahh that's good too. I love acronyms. It just wreaks od military. Actually it reminds me of a funny story. My brother remained in the Military a long time after I got out. He'd always have some witty like acronym to whip out when he returned home on leave. The military is really big one those as anyone whose's ever served or had a family member to knows far too well. One morning after a particularly late night we were getting breakfast. He rubbed his face and said, man I feel like D.O.D.O. So, I'm thinking "I'll byte", what's D.O.D.O. stand for? The lil a hole says, "Doo Doo Dumbass!"

How about ECO: expendable crewmember outfit? I mean, aren't these the guys that're always getting zapped or eaten or whatever?

Moebius87 ( ) posted Tue, 19 November 2002 at 3:49 AM

Terrific work on the outfits. The name suggestions are great too. Acronyms are a cool way to go with naming them. :o)

There are lots of cool name suggestions so far, but I'm no good at coming up with cool names, so my idea goes the more literal route: Sci-Fi Multi-Purpose Work Apparel (for Mike) Set 1
