For those of you I've gotten to try out the gvim text editor [(www.gvim.org)](http://www.gvim.org), I've just put up a gvim syntax file for cr2, pz3, and other library files syntax highlighting. The link is on my page (attached link of message) For those of you who haven't tried out gvim, go download it and try it out! You'll be amazed. For instance, select an entire MT channel in three keystrokes, cut and paste it elsewhere in two more. And now, Poser syntax highlighting! The gvim help explains how to set this up to automatically detect poser files and set their syntax type.

You need to fix your link. It's www.vim.org, not gvim. Dave

Ack. But I can't. Can't edit a posted message on here. Just too much habit of thinking 'vim' and typing 'gvim'. [www.vim.org](http://www.vim.org) and for the Mac users out there: [macvim.swdev.org](http://macvim.swdev.org)

By the way, I've just put up an update that makes it also support Wavefront OBJects in the same syntax file (since due to customGeom blocks, Poser files have to respect Wavefront OBJects' reserved words)

You know, I'm half tempted to run over to godaddy and register gvim.org and redirect it to vim.org so I never have to worry about that again, but sales have dropped this week, so I can't blow the $9.

Just downloade 3.57MB in 5 minutes via ISDN. No Problem. Willy

I got it a while ago but didn't care for it. I tried to do a search and it didn't find the word. A regular text program could. But I use text programs for simpler stuff. Like changeing obj references, or simular stuff. I found it a hastle to even find things with gvim.

just type / add a /i to make it case-insensitive. and you can do things liek substitute all occurences with something as simple as: :%s/usemtl/g/g (that swaps all your materials fro groups in a wavefront OBJect)
