Pretty realistic. Normally, I would get a little woozy at an image as real-looking as this. But right now I'm immune, as I am currently helping my Mom recover from some fairly icky leg surgery (she had a bad break just below the hip). She has a lovely 14-inch scar at the moment. I had a contest on the internet to come up with a better story than "falling while taking out the garbage". So far the one she liked best was that she got hurt doing a skateboard stunt for the new Jackass movie. Using Carrara for medical illustration is pretty cool, I have to say.

This image is a little Carrara v2 and PhotoShop v7. It's been a long time since I've done any medical illustration, so I have to practice the craft. If this makes some of you sick, I'm sorry. Thanks for viewing --Ashley3D
