Subject: Hair that covers breasts?

ookami ( ) posted Tue, 26 November 2002 at 7:13 PM · edited Mon, 04 November 2024 at 3:34 AM

I thought I remember a hair that covers breasts but I have looked thru most of my hair and can't find anything. Does anyone remember hair that covers a woman's breasts? I thought it was a morph target or something. Geez... I'm only 33 and getting senior moments... can't wait until I'm older ... sigh...

Check Ghastley's site for downloads under hair/beards, there's something called Candyfloss that clings to the breasts. I haven't tried it out though.

It's not bad, but it isn't transmapped.

Try Kozaburo's MK2-Hair (free download from "Digital Babes"). It has MT's for extra long hair and might do the job.

I bought "sassy hair" by alla in the marketplace some time age. It is excellent for covering breasts.

PhilC has a freeby... VDress028 (imaginitively titled, huh?) comes with a hair prop which does seems to cover the breasts. But it might look a bit silly without the dress....... H:)

I believe that there is a conforming hair at DAZ that fits the bill - Kristie Hair, a long transmapped straight hair by Vairesh has a 'modest' morph that brings it down to cover the full breast- one of the commercial hair masters. The Helyn hair by him here, and the Morgan LeFay hair are also a similar, but I do not know if they have the same morphs

Thanks for the feedback! I think the Ghastly hair is what I was thinking of but it won't do... I need something better looking. I'll check out the hair at DAZ! Thanks for all the feedback!

Here's a quick render of the Kirstie Hair

My San Fancisco Hair at DAZ also has a "modest" morph to bring it down and cover the breasts. Originally this was designed for modest (Hollywood style) mermaids.

San Fran hair?! Hmmm... I thought I tried that. It's actually one of my favorite hairs. I'll have to go back and check it for the modest morph!

Yup.. Almost forgot about that one - again, here's a render, with the modest morph set to '1.4' on each bang, and the 'bang out" set to -.4. Whuups.. Looks like we startled her. I have all three of the Burton hair sets -San Fran, Las Vegas and Hollywood - so when does the Hollywood Hair upgrade come out?

ookami ( ) posted Thu, 28 November 2002 at 12:33 AM

Ilooked at my SanFran hair but can't find the MODEST morph... is it named something else? Is it an add-in morph? Thanks!

ookami ( ) posted Thu, 28 November 2002 at 12:38 AM

Procchi, What transmap are you using in the SanFran render? It actually looks good... mine look crappy... Thanks!

The morphs are down near the end of the list, there is a R_Bang_Modest (or something!) and one for the left bang. This is the hair applied twice, with slightly different settings on the morphs of the second version. This is as it comes out of Poser, but sometimes you get better results by rendering it bigger (like 2000 x 2000 or so) and reducing it down in Photoshop, especially on long shots. There seems to be somekind of interaction between Poser's anti-aliasing and the transmaps at certain rendering sizes.

Oh, yeah, I did promise that, get it done by Christmas for sure. I want to make the longer Hollywood hair conforming, among other things.
