First snow of the season today....I always feel kind of sad and happy all at the same time for the first one. So today the snow made me think of a friend that I miss terribly....and I made sure I took extra care holding that camera properly.

Snow=cold=COLD (as in, ahh-cheww!) Nice work and you escaped that bluish cast so prevalent (or else "tweaked" it a bit).

First one is beautiful, 'Chelle.

Snow=cold=55 degrees F? Here in Texas anyway, great pictures, we don't get standing snow too often, even here in Dallas

Love that first one

Eggiwegs! I would like... to smash them!

sniff I do miss the beauty of fresh snow- the first photo is so peaceful & gracefully elegant- does that water ever ice over & you go skating there?

Dang! That is alot of snow for pre-Thanksgiving! Great shots! I love the first one. It reminds me of when we actually got snow here near Philly. Of course the storm that gave you snow just made it wet and cold here... :( Great shots make me feel something and those made me feel more than just cold. I only hope that my shots can be as moving someday... Magick Michael aka zhounder PS - When I lived in Dallas 1/2 an inch shut down the city! It was hysterical!

OOooooo, those makes me feel home. There are enough snow here for all of you guys. Even little more for you Mich. The first one is perfect lesson from framing, really sweet one. And the second, haven't ever seen snowy brances as abstracts... Thanks for pointing out. .n
