That is slick. Very good.

Hmmm... eight seats in that compartment, looks like 2nd Class to me, even though the window signs says "First". Vicky should be in 1st Class, being the classy lady that she is! Keep the Poser 3 figures in 2nd Class ;-) Seriously, great work, Steve :-)

8 seats are definately 2nd class. But the model is a first class one :o) To be a bit nitpicky the space between the seats (where the legs go) is fine for a first class compartment, but too big for a second class. (yeah sorry... I work at the railway...)

Sigh... we don't have cars or trains like that in the U.S. Wish we did...

When? I need this for the next Hacker story episode. looks killer!

Compartment is just about right. Reminds me of the days that I got onto the 7:12 from Tunbridge Wells to London Bridge. Just to Annoy the denizens of the first class carriage I frequented (mostly bean counters and solicitors) I would read Harry Potter and Pratchett! I knew I had struck home when the newspapers rustled in anger. Thanks for the super model,Steve. Now all we want is the accompanying wav file.." Connex SouthEast regrets ..." PaulC

Its a russian wide gauge that allows 8 seats and first is siberian for no smoking...just kidding LOL i have no idea why i put 8 seats in when the dvd showed 6 (porridge pilot) but i fixed it now :o)....pdxjims we don't any more unfortunately, last time i recall one of these was 1979 (hereford to newcastle overnight), there may have been some later than that though, ernyoka1 any idea?, I'll try and get it up this weekend Laverson, gonna update then...Steve

How about a trash class variant? 1st class is foreign to me ... or the low brow characters I hang with - 3d wise.

Excellent model steve, textures etc. really bring this one to life.

Make those seats separate, and you've got a hell of a start for one of the Sulacco's dropships.

Well I don't know that much about english trains. I'll ask hubby when I get home, he's got little trains running instead of a brain G Here those compartment cars were operative untill last year, but at the end only during high peak seasons such as christmas.
HERE is a 360 degree view of our current trains.
Unfortunately I couldn't find a view of the inside of the compartment cars, HERE is an external view of it.
