How do i create some one who's sitting on his ehm ass with his knee's up and his hands over it?

If you are talking about posing one of the poser figures, the easiest way is to hunt around for a pose collection where someone has done it already, and you can modify to suit your needs :-) Or if you are a DIY-er, it makes a slight difference what figure (Millenium figures, Posette/Dork, Don/Judy) you are trying to pose. One quick way to start is to have the inverse kinematics on for the legs and then y-trans the hip to the floor, although you will have to tweak that quite a bit, probably.
