A taper won't drip when it burns upright.

Some will depends on how much true wax there is and how much parraphin there is in it :) True wax drips, parraphin burns. I still think it's cool

Well, thanks. I'll consider this paraffin or tallow even then (more likely tallow, since it's going to be the base taper in my Dungeon Lighting Set) Check out the Product Showcase gallery for an animated flickering glimpse of the Votive Altar which was too big to put here (and, strangely, this taper was too small to put there)
