THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: I need a texture.

I am in need of a texture of a manga eye. I'd like to have a closeup of the eye only. Ideally at a resolution of 400pixels or larger. Can anyone give me a hint about where to find one.

2D or 3D eye? I have a 2D eye(s)...

Manga is a certain cartoonstyle. I'll put up a demo image to show you what I mean. I need a 2D eye to use as a texturemap.

This is a typical manga style image.

Here is a texture I just made. Maybe you can use it.

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

Here it is mapped to spheres in Bryce, using Object Front mapping.

Here it is on Vicky. I sized the texture to -1 in all directions to make it a bit larger on her eyes. Hope you can use this.

If you don't like the color you can change it in any paint program.

Wow. That's simple yet super effective. Thanx. I'll fiddle with it and see what I get.

The only thing I'd add is that manga eyes tend to be vertically stretched into an ellipsoid (take a look at Rayraz's image), do the same with the eye spheres to get the right 'curve'
