Hi, all. Yesterday we fixed some issues with forum notifications:
- The "Notify me when someone replies" checkbox under the comment box was always checked despite what your preference was for that thread (makes it easy to accidentally subscribe). Sam, I think this could have contributed to your unwanted notifications? It should now be checked/unchecked based on your notification preference for that thread.
- Before, whenever the checkbox (mentioned above) was checked, it would toggle your subscription preference. So if you were already subscribed it would unsubscribe, and if you were already subscribed it would subscribe you--at least this is what I observed while trying to find the bugs. Bob, I think this might have been what you were seeing? That should be fixed now.
Please post here if the issues persist. I usually don't check the forums since my job is programming, but I'll keep an eye on this thread for more issues.

Hi enigma-man, what web browser are you using? Additionally, can you post the link(s) of the video(s) that are broken? I've found multiple videos that are broken, but I'd like to see the ones that you're talking about. Thanks.Yes, "you" have made changes which is mostly good. However, all videos can no longer be viewed. The video player seems to be disabled.

Cannot scroll product list after selecting vendor.
You can type in the box (where the red arrow is pointing) to find the product you're looking for. The system searches for matching phrases as you type which narrows down the results in the dropdown. This is also why there isn't a scroll bar anymore. Does this help with your issue?
Every entry returns 500 error code after submitting.
You are completely correct, 500 indicates an issue on our end. I'll look into this. If anyone else here is having this issue, please let me know (this issue doesn't seem to be affecting everyone since there have been uploads since we launched the new changes, so any other reports will help me narrow down the issue).

Unfortunately the fix for this is a bit complicated. But rest assured, we are working on it. :)
No worries, thanks for following up with your findings!It seems to be a Windows 10 or Firefox problem on the computer I am currently using. I powered up an older computer with Win 7 and with Firefox. The video player shows up and videos play fine. It has nothing to do with the changes so I apologize for assuming it was due to the site changes. (Hangs head in shame). Not knowing what to look for is going to make it difficult to solve the problem. I'll figure it out eventually.
We did switch to a new video player. Like the old one, it relies on JavaScript. Do you have any plugins installed on your browser? Sometimes ad block plugins can interfere with certain scripts, but I haven't had any issue with that so far. Firefox also has privacy options that can interfere, so that may be something to check on?

Will keep this in mind :) Although enigma-man's issue is the player itself isn't showing at all. Just a blank space where it's supposed to be.@lauraguo - it's usually the hardware accel. that doesn't agree with the video player inside the browser... could be a b uffering issue also... I see sometimes the video loads right away entirely (the tracking bar)... sometimes it doesn't want to load all the way and it just hangs like quarter way in

You are correct. All the developers of the world get together every month to coincide all our updates. :)I noticed a few things were different when I uploaded an image earlier. I've not encountered any problems (so far). Seems like EVERYTHING got updated today... Windows, all 3 browsers I use (Firefox, Chrome, Edge).. What the heck? Did I miss something? Is march 8th now "Intergalactic Update Stuff Day?" Sheesh... 😂

I am never much for commenting on this kind of stuff. I am holding out any kind of opinion till I am sure lol. I know I luv the art and the family feel this site offers or offered, but that is starting to feel a long way away. When I joined this site, it took me a year or more to pluck up the courage to post a pic. This new add a point blah... no thank you. I couldn't give a crap if someone sold any art I posted. Its just there free to use. Okay yes I have a opinion already... when did the beauty of art and sharing go away to be replaced by commercialism???

TwiztidKidd, good catch! Don't get used to it because it's not a thing anymore. (I fixed it.)
Artwork should open in a new tab if you're clicking on thumbnails and titles from pages like featured, sections, genres, etc. As always, let me know if that's not the case.

Ah, yes. The only links I changed were the ones on the quick view popup and on these kinds of tiles, to match what it was before:
