I think the only way they can improve things is when they do something completely different.
The Victoria Concept is old, I mean the only thing you can do about that figure right now is updating some flaws, but I wouldn't give a dollar for another new version of a Victoria 3D doll.
It looks to me like they're running out of Ideas and just renew old stuff.
Don't get me wrong, I like V3 but I prefer working with V2 because it is a waste of time to inject zillions of morphs first before you can actually DO something with her.
Besides, she uses so much space in the pose folder that there is almost no space left for other 3rd party stuff.
Okay, V2 is not as realistic as V3, but I am not into that super-hyper-ultra realistic fashion anyway.
I wouldn't buy V4 anyway if she would be just available for DAZ Studio only. I don't like limitations.

Excuse my english, I do my best, but It is not my first language.

Maybe i can help...
Andy, as far as I understand you, you cleared your cache and you cannot login to renderosity anymore. If I am right so far, then it is not renderosity what doesn't remember your name and password, but your computer.
Renderosity stored a cookie in your cache containing the information you need to login, that was the reason why renderosity "remembered" your name and password anytime you logged on. But since you deleted the cookies, the information is gone. Renderosity doesn't find the cookie on your computer anymore.
I am sorry if I am wrong, but if I am right, I would recommend to make sure that you have some kind of notebook where you can write down the information you need to login and hide it at a save place. You never know when you have to format your harddrive and then all the information is gone forever.

yes, my thread wasnt meant to complain about the content of TOS. I just thought that this specific part should get corrected in the german translation, because it irritates. The actual german translation says that it is not allowed to contribute images what contain young humanoids (etc...) but "young" is a very far interpretable term. That was all:) Have a nice day! I
ve got to go to work:)) Praada

ooooh oh I have something to add!!! Well I wanted to show my gallery to my fiancee a few minutes ago, He is not a member of Renderosity, therefore I gave him the "recommended link" but he couldnt see a few gallery items. He said that they aren
t there. Could it be that guests can`t see the complete Gallery of a Renderosity Member? Praada
Thread: Can we really call ourselves 3D artist? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
hm. I think the base arguement is a good thought, but I do not agree. 3D art = is not inventing the tools. it is what you make of it. You could have thousands of freebies and commercial products on your harddrive without being able to create something good. I mean who did invent the brush? It was not Salvador Dalor Yves Tanguy. Who did invent canvas? They didn`t. But they used it to make their visions come real. We all use our fantasy and imagination to create great scenes. The Poser props are just props until you as a user put them into a different context and make them important to the whole scene. Thats what art means to me. I have no idea if you understand what I mean, I just woke up and am actually not capable to use english language as a communication tool. so long Praada/Paradogma

thanks steve and sharon:) Now that I know that those could be the caps.......back to my first question how to texture them, or how to separate them from the rest of the hair. Because they really make no sense to me. I tried to tile the map but didn`t work. Im really a beginner in creating objects, but any of us started little. :) Thanks again for helping.

uhm no, I dont remember that I
ve added dandruff:) The whole model consists of two meshes. Hair and Scullcap. The Scullcap is at the right top corner, the hair on the left. I have no idea what those circles are, but they cause the texturing Problems, and I have no idea how they got there.
