I just test the product again, in DS 4.7 and it works just fine,

I have load the hair and next the morphs from the pose folder...and they loading and working...

However i will ask Renderosity staff to refund you...

I sure hope this is not true as I can assure you that Gen2 females do not work well in Poser Pro 2014, regardless of DSON or what ever DAZ wants to call it these days.  It is a hit and miss whether or not "she" and all of her morps work or not.  The business at another store has dropped dramatically and I sure don't want to see Rendo shove V4 by the wayside as you say.  Bad idea.

I was one of the first vendors here. which made Genesis and Genesis 2 Characters, but as a Poser user, i prefer to work, my content inside Poser, i cant not work on a character that needs to be developed ONLY inside DS and a character that makes my Poser work so slowly ...lol

Also Generation 4 characters geometry was the closest thing, to real people, by my opinion always!

 Just got me a "Fresh" copy of the Mitchel zip files,

and as you can see in the snapshot all files,

included in the texture folder:

So you need to do this:

Download both Mitchel zips from you account...zip 1 and zip 2,

Exract both content of the  zips in a new folder,

Grab the runtime extracted in the new folder and merge it/place it, to your main poser runtime...

Now you will have them all working perfect next time you will load Mitchel character to your scene.

heres what i did, i have refit clothing and hair made for V4 to my M4 Nevil!!!!

As you can see the morphs still working,and the refit is great!!!

i cant stop playing:)))
