grasshopper1980 - Get yourself down to the Christmas markets and pick up a Stollen and some Glühwein. Brilliant.

Congrats on your new job with the "sling wing" brigade! Any idea what you'll be working on?

Quote - Carrara and Wings, that should be good for a quick trip to the comfy chair.
I think more of an extended vacation than a quick trip...
Thread: First render seen by anyone else | Forum: Bryce
That sounds like a familiar story - I think a lot of people have been there. Perseverance pays off though, as you've found, and this forum is a great place to get help and advice too. Nice start, don't go giving up again!

Thread: What do you do when you hit the creative block??? | Forum: Bryce
Do anything else, and wait for creativity to 'strike'. I go through phases, come up with 3/4 half decent (usually related) ideas, and maybe see them through into finished images. Then it dries up again... Just wait and see what happens.

Thread: Question for All concerning Challenges | Forum: Bryce
2 months is a good length for a challenge, hence the current system being voted in. It eases the mods workload somewhat, and it affords the artist time to explore different aspects to the challenge theme. With the current challenge, for example, I've had time to work on 4 scenes. You won't be seeing any of them because they're all terrible (I can't model in Bryce for toffee), but IF I'd liked them I'd have just chosen the one I preferred most and entered that. In short, I vote C. Besides, I like the status quo. @dhama - If you like entering challenges so much, why not enter the challenge arena and have a go there?
Thread: The sun in Bryce | Forum: Bryce
http://www.bsmooth.de/BSolutions/#Antialias ...is really useful for little tips and tricks. Look under Lighting (about half way down) to see some stuff about the sun/moon. While its not exactly what you've asked for, it may come in handy. Alex
