Bill, I see you image with the tan walls and floor I'm look for with the guidelines. I desperately wanting to delete that monster black cone in the scene that loads. I want to get rid of that black scene that loads when you open poser. I have poser 11.3.818, but know nothing about this black scene and how to delete it forever. I even loaded the Poser 10 env, but it's not the same. I want to go back to how pp2014 and pp1012 looked - one color for bacground, another for the ground plane, then in display you show your gridelines.
I haven't used poser since pp2014, and you used to just set the ground plane to shadow catch only, then in the pose tab uncheck visible in parameters properties, then put your guidelines on the floor and bam, good to go. Now it seems more complicated that it needs to be. I don't want/need a ginormous skydome. Have no use for it. I have a bunch for ds and done't use them there either.
I found an image where you had made that (about) 1/2 way up the page, but couldn't read the little popup box. I'd like mine light tan for the floor, and a bit darker for the bg. with the regular old guidelines on it. How do I get that? I even loaded the pp10 env and it didn't look like it at all. Somebody had posed an image in this thread about it, but I can't read what's in the popup box. I think it was you. Can you help?

I also have Poser Pro version 11.1.1.33540, and that's the last one I got through the SM download manager. I have no updates more current than than. I'm not an early adopter, so how will this version effect my ability to upgrade to 11.2?

Thanks wolfenshire and MissB. I heard back from Jenn and got the link and they're going to look into the newsletter issue. It just started being dropped in October and don't know what happened unless it was an issue with provider (xfinity) or msn. My money is on Xfinity who is always having outages.

When you click on checkout to buy your purchases you can enter the Credit cards expiration date.

You could sitemail the vendor and ask them these questions. . All items are tested,and are tested in different poses. It should work just fine. But if you are unsure, you are always welcome to sitemail the vendor and ask before purchasing the item. This may even let them know that maybe additional poses should be added to the product.

The sale gets cut off almost a day early because someone dropped the ball on your end by stopping the throwback thursday sale and not making sure the SAV VOM store items were still on sale. I used to be a store admin somewhere else. When you have overlapping sales with items from one vendor in both sales, you have to make sure when one sale ends that the items are still marked 'sale' when the other sale is still in progress!! That's the stores fault, and is bad for customers who come here and find things that are advertised sale items not on sale and you can't find anyone to help you. Then I find out 3 hours too late on Sunday afternoon, that the store sneaked a few hours of the sale back in, but you had to be here before noon on a Sunday morning! Really, who even knew about it???
I never got an email notice that the VOM sale was on again for Sunday. Where did you announce it? I don't ever go to forums here. I only came here and searched for a customer help forum out of desperation on Saturday to find out why the sale ended and no one was answering my site mails. In fact, it's Monday afternoon, and my sent sitemails are still marked UNREAD. Pathetic customer service.
Am attaching the email announcement I got for the wishlist item (with my email addy blacked out), however I am no longer interested in it since I came here and it wasn't on sale and no one was available to help me. But if you needed proof that I got it, here it is. It came at 5:08am on May 31st, and when I checked email about 11am, I came here and it wasn't on sale at all.
I checked off and on all the rest of Saturday and Saturday night waiting for someone to answer me or help me and no one did, so just forget it now.
That's really poor customer service when no one responds to he customer, especially when you see "Online Now" by the admin name in the forum, so you know they're online, why aren't they helping?

SAV stuff wasn't part of any throwback thursday sale, hers was totally different of that. Thursday throwback is irrelevent to the advertised VOM sale.
Hers was a VOM sale that wasn't supposed to end until 11:59pm Saturday May 31st. However the store ended it a day early, so they need to give that day back to the customers who came here expecting the VOM sale to still be in full swing til midnight and it wasn't.
Also, I got an email from the store tellling me PROM DRESS from my wishlist was on sale as well, but when I got here, it was also showing at full price. Something happened with your store that made things not be on sale that were supposed to be and you need to give us back that day of the VOM sale you ended early and other alledged sale items that were not priced as sale.
Crazy, and to think I spend money here.

What is going on??? The sale isn't supposed to be over and I can't get anyone to answer my sitemail. I wanted the items while they were on sale because I can't afford them otherwise. The store needs to fix this and give us an extra day to make up for cutting the sale off early.
Also a wishlist item of mine (PROM DRESS) allegedly went on sale so I got an email about it, but when I came to the store to check it, it's not on sale, it's also still showing full price.
