1.load figure with desired morphs
Do the same with the head.. this copies the morphs with no problems. now figure 2 has exact same morphs as the original morphed character
Hope that is what you are looking for

yep..google is your friend :) its not that hard. Might be intimidating if you have little or no idea how to use the material room and nodes. I suggest reading tutorials on those aswell.

basically attach a math node to the displacement - set on subtract. value 1 = 1 and value 2 = 0.5 then attach the image (displacement) to value 1
use a neutral grey as your base colour for the displacement node.

There is a way. Using displacement maps. I cannot remember the link but there is excellent examples on this site.

In my opinion, best bet is to edit the head image map in photoshop (colour and bump), then create a nice displacement to give them volume.
(not sure if this will work) There is also the option of editing the brow morphs, maybe make them higher or wider?

or you can do the following.
That usually copies the figure data to the clothes so they match. This works for most clothing. Some clothes lack certain morphs..
I use Morphing clothes from Dimension3d (http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=64629) for when the clothes lack certain morphs that my figure has. Basically I just copy the figure morphs to the cloths and when I go copy paste in poser I get a perfect fit all the time regardless how customized my figure is.

I think adjusting the perspective too much in poser gives you an almost fish-eye lense effect and focal just zooms in or out..
