Thank you for your help everyone! I did find her in the poses library however when I load the inj's her face still looks like plain old aiko when rendered. My DA name is the same as it is here :) Well fortunately all 3 of those stockers allow prints at DA. You don't even have to ask, and JLStock allows you to use her stock anywhere as long as you link back to her somewhere. I just link back in the readme. I've also gotten the other two stockers to give me permission for my backgrounds. You shouldn't have a problem at all either.

I use Vue 5 Infinite and before that I had never used a 3d program. It was pretty easy to understand. Especially if all your really looking to do is render trees. Which is all I really do in Vue is just render objects to use in my backgrounds that I sell. I don't usually do whole scenes in Vue.
I must not have recognized your name before but I'm actually watching you at DA lol. Since you're a member at Da you've probably already seen these stockers but here are some links anyways http://jlstock.deviantart.com/ http://shoofly-stock.deviantart.com/ http://blackstock.deviantart.com/ they all have trees on transparent layers so you wouldn't have to cut anything out.
I wouldn't mind doing psd's for you but the problem is that the trees I have purchased are in obj. or vob. format and that would be copyright infringement. You may just want to look around Rosity and find some trees you like and ask the vendor if they would be willing to make some psd's to put in the marketplace. Loading Image

I've found that Vue is a pretty easy 3d program to use. Just a few clicks to get the tree loaded, hit render, and you're done. But if you really don't want to do it yourself perhaps you should try hitting deviantART. There's a lot of wonderful 3d stock artists there that allow there stock to be used in commercial and noncommercial works. I use a lot of that stuff myself. I could give you a few links if you like.
