Ok I've seen both photo's now. The link to the other one is a better photo in my mind, however, I don't know what it sounds like. Everyone else may be able to hear it though. I could hear the above photo the second I opened it and loved the sound of it. I just wish it was of better quality for my own taste in art. I don't think I have been much help, sorry. Guess you'll have to see what the others think :)

I like the cropped version, also. It emphasis just how small and fragile new borns are. I like the photo's where the dad is holding the baby naked in his hands and you get to see the difference in size. It envokes such a strong emotion in most people and gives a priceless memory framed for life. Thanx for sharing :)

Well color me red! I could not see that no matter how hard I looked and now it is as obvious as the nose on my face. I must say your sketching skills are far better than mine. Thanx for the funny little game...it was a hoot ;)

lmao... regading the nose comment! Yes, it is only a nose. You obviously are viewing a way better image then what I am. I have tried blowing it up and brightening it but still do not see what you are seeing. However, in my search I discovered more green monsters. Then to my horror I realized they were being eaten by this big bird while one of the monsters hid in the shadows in fear and despair. If I were you, I'd think about relocating :S Sooooo, now will you draw us a picture and show us the face? I suggest you get right on it before you are bird feed ;~)

Well this is the only face I could find. It looks a green furry monster from Sesame Street. He is kinda cute but Grover will always remain my all time favorite ;) Soooo, do I win the prize?

I restored a damaged photo once that was no where as tough as your project. The only thing I can suggest is to maybe try and highlight the hair along the edge where the light source is aiming at to give it a more natural look. Not sure how you would do that...maybe a slight touch of dodging(?) Regardless of whether you try that, I'm sure your friend would be ecstatic with the results you have already achieved. I am more than impressed! :)

The two last posts are excellent, especially the very last one. I must say that I like these better than the ones you posted in the gallery. They are just more interesting and unique shots. Real glad you posted these in here, at least. :~)

I've never posted anything in the forum before but those pictures were so moving I just had to respond. Thank you so much for sharing with us! We are made to see what the government wants us to see and that has made it easier for some of us to disassociate ourselves from the realities of war. More of the truth obviously needs to be published...starting with the photos we just viewed! I, too, pray for a small number of casualties and a quick end to this all...Amen!
