 OK. I've put down my $24 for the premium version of MB but am unable to find the controls for it to scan an attached HD. All it seems to be good for is scanning the drive that it is loaded on and the computer booted from.??????? I have emailed MB tech support but I have a fear that they will want more money for some other product..

 I'm also considering plugging that drive into another (non critical) computer and disabling the OS so nothing will boot from that drive before I start getting files off or scanning it for malware.

I had loaded Malwarebytes on the old HDD thinking it was a free program but it shut down after a couple of weeks with a message that my trial software had expired. I'll take a look at it again.

 I've only ever used Poser dynamic hair for fur on clothing (see my avatar.) It's pretty hard to work with.

 No I can't spell.
 Also noticed that the automatic "gamma at 1.0" that the new version applies to trans maps is also applying to color maps and making stuff look washed out. Â

 the strangeness continues. Looking at the other textures that I have loaded for the eye parts I have found nodes that are disconnected.....why? This is a very strange and specific bug if it is a bug.

I guess the catch with that is I have to make a new clothing file each time I want to use a different moroph...there has got to be a better way to do this like a python script inside Poser that would just read the morphs and transfer on the fly each time I needed it.

Quote - It really takes much more than just manipulating a texture map. Â Bump maps should really beseparate grayscale images with added fine details to enhance the texture maps. Â Simple conversions will not provide the necessary effects. Â That is why you see noise nodes added to texture maps in the Material Room to bring out some details.
Also, displacement must be activated in the render settings, otherwise you will see no bumps or displacements in your final image.
I could be wrong but I don't think you need displacement turned on for bump maps to work.

thanks for the info. Looks like I had that option turned on from the last time I needed it. Still not sure what folders/files to throw away. I have one labeled 2.0, one labeled 10 and another labeled 10_2014_02_2710_26_49AM
